- DEFINITIONS
In these Terms and Conditions, "Company" means Trada Casino, "User" means any person or entity using the services provided by Trada Casino, and "Services" means all products and services offered by Trada Casino.
- USE OF SERVICES
The User shall use the Services for lawful purposes only and in compliance with applicable laws and regulations. The User shall not use the Services to transmit, store, retrieve, or otherwise make available any information that is objectionable, threatening, obscene, defamatory, libelous, or invasive of another's privacy.
- ACCOUNT AND SECURITY
The User shall provide true, accurate, current, and complete information as prompted by the registration process and maintain and update such information to keep it current and accurate. The User shall not use anyone else's identity, create a false identity for the purpose of using the Services, or misrepresent their relationship with Trada Casino.
- PROHIBITED USES
The User shall not use any device, software, or routine to interfere or attempt to interfere with the proper working of the Services or any transaction being conducted on or through the Services, nor shall the User use any device, software, or routine to manipulate, disrupt, degrade or impair the operation of the Services.
- INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All intellectual property rights in and to the Services are owned by Trada Casino. The User shall not copy, reproduce, modify, adapt, distribute, display, reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble or create derivative works based on any part of the Services without prior written consent from Trada Casino.
- WARRANTY DISCLAIMER
Trada Casino provides the Services "as is" and makes no representation or warranty that the Services will meet the User's requirements or be uninterrupted or error-free. Trada Casino shall not be liable for any indirect, special, incidental, consequential or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with these Terms and Conditions.
- LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
Trada Casino's aggregate liability to the User under or in connection with these Terms and Conditions, whether in contract, tort (including negligence), or otherwise, shall not exceed the amount paid by the User for the Services.
- GOVERNING LAW AND JURISDICTION
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Trada Casino is incorporated, without giving effect to any principles of conflicts of law.
- AMENDMENTS
Trada Casino may modify these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice to the User. The User's continued use of the Services after any modification shall be deemed acceptance by the User of such modifications.
- ENTIRE AGREEMENT
These Terms and Conditions constitute the entire agreement between Trada Casino and the User regarding the use of the Services, superseding all prior or contemporaneous agreements or understandings between them.
